I've dealt with celmart so MANY times that I've already
lost count and I have NEVER had a problem with them!
The owner, Takashi, is always prompt with replies to emails
and sends out the cels as soon as payment is received.
Very professional!
Celmart only deals with international money orders so you
should have a copy of the money order you sent out as proof
that you sent it. And if you sent payment out registered
mail (which by the way Celmart doesn't require) you can
have the post office trace it. |
