I've dealt with quite a few dealers on the net (no problems
yet)....But I havn't dealt with Cel Mart yet.
But if you send them money order through register mail, have
the postal office do a trace...that's what register mails are
for..And if I'm not wrong, the money order receit (purchaser's
copy) usually tells you how to get reimburse or reissue of
the money order if it was lost or not cashed.
