Allen,
I have bought cels from the Cel Mart with no problems.
If I saw a cel I wanted, I would email Takashi and tell him
which one I wanted and then he would put a "sold" sign on it.
Then I would send him an international postal money order
and then he would email me when he received it and then he
sent the cel. I never bought anything from overseas before
and wasn't sure how to go about it. Takashi explained the
process for me and we had a successful transaction.
I think your misfortune is an isolated incident and I'm
sure if you work with Takashi, that some sort of a resolution
can be achieved.
