Bang, you hit the nail on the head exactly-
I really think that people are getting sort of a 
"nah nah" complex- hence the questions, are the
cels out on the web for your benifit, or for others?
Ideally, I think it should be both.  If you bother to
make the page, and make the scans, you probably do enjoy
it, otherwise you wouldn't bother.  If you didn't want
people to enjoy the pictures, you shouldn't have put them
up.
Finally, as far as who gets credit-- How many of you even
know the name of the person that painted your cel(s)?
They never get credit, when really, I think they deserve
it most.  They worked a lot harder painting the cel than
you did scanning it.  And I bet they wanted the world to
see it, otherwise they would probably have a different job.
Just something to think about...
