I think it's nice when the dealer takes the time to
write up a full description of condition. However, I
don't think it's their obligation necessarily. Some of
the onus is on the buyer to inquire after condition, and
many buyers don't care beyond the fact that a cel be grossly
intact. I couldn't tell you how many of my own cels
are or aren't stuck to something. The only time I check
is when I sell and someone asks.
As long as the dealer is willing to take back a cel if
a customer is unhappy with it (as Yann indicates he does),
does not deliberately hide details about the condition, and
is willing to provide any details when asked, I think the
dealer has met his full obligation to his customers. A
full description of condition is just a bonus.
