Man, you must be really bored asking all these types of 
questions at once... could you at least start putting in 
line breaks; I hate scrolling sideways.

It's wrong to sell a cel with a mismatched background, IF you
know it is a mismatched background and are not going to tell
the buyer.  I don't expect everyone to have their backgrounds
memorized.  However, I would hope the seller would use some
common sense and not mark up the cels high for backgrounds
that are suspicious.

I believe that a seller should mention if the cel is stuck to
the pencil or the background if they know it is.  Many dealers
say they don't bother checking and warn the buyers that it may
more may not be stuck, so I guess it is then a risk of the buyer
and not the seller being untruthful.
