Probably, there is some confusion here.
EMS stands for express mail service (regular post office).
Can't speak for Canada.
But, you can send EMS from the United States to certain countries that accept EMS deliveries.
It's called "Global Express Mail" in the US.
There is also "Global Priority Mail".
