   Sure, cel dealers are allowed to take time off.  However, 
if they sell something, they should be responsible enough to 
ship it promptly.  If they plan on going on vacation, they 
ought to post a warning message on their webpage.  

   Secondly, the reason people pay for EMS shipping is to get 
it promptly.  What's the point of EMS shipping when the cel 
dealer takes a month to "process" your order?  (It's about 
equivalent to ordering DVDs from Buy.com and paying for Next 
Day shipping on out-of-stock titles.)

   I certainly hope he does.  (Many of his cels are priced 
quite high, IMHO.)  I certainly don't agree with his business 
practices.  Maybe he should be classified as "Inactive", since 
he seems to take a lot of vacations.
