less likely to be opened by customs & inspected than regular
airmail. You really don't want to experience what can
happen to your package when subjected to a full customs
inspection. Remember most customs inspectors wouldn't
have a clue what an anime cel is. So don't expect delicate
handling. By the way, if your package has been inspected,
do not open it at home. A sticker will be on the box telling
you it has been inspected. Go to the post office and open it
and look at the contents in the presence of a postal clerk.
If you don't, you cannot make a successful damage claim.
Actually this goes for anytime you receive a damaged package.
