I have had several different transactions with Hann...
and have never been disapointed (except when loosing a lottery on a cel...but that is part of the game)
He has always answered my email questions in a timely fashion.
I think that even cel dealers should be allowed some time off.
And since lots of  Japanese business men take their vactions in August, give them some consideration, and be patient.  If he is flooded with email, it will take even longer to get to actual mailing.  I recommend one brief and to the point email if you are conserned. 
He closed his cels for sale section once before, and if people keep complaing it might just happen again.  He always has some really good cels on his post, and are always worth any wait.
If waitng for something as special as a Hotaru cel is too much....let me know, and I will send you what you paid, and I'll take on the waiting period   :o)
As the proud owner of 24 Hotaru cels,(several from managuya), I always am looking for more.
