Actually, you cannot make a damage claim on an EMS package if
you live outside of a country that can't send EMS packages.
You have to return it unopened to the sender and they are the
ones that need to make the claim. This is a major flaw, as
I've found that several Japanese cel dealers specifically state
on their webpage that they are not responsible for damages and
will not file a claim, even though we the buyer are paying for
this insured service.
Countries such as Japan and Singapore are serviced by EMS, but
countries like the USA and Canada can only receive packages by
EMS and thus are not serviced by them. |
