Hi!!

I'm having the same problem only worse.  I ordered from 
Mangaya during their update at the end of June.  I promptly
sent off my payment and haven't heard a word from them
since.  

I have tried to email them twice asking if they got my
payment and if they have sent my cels, but have gotten no
response.  I sent my last email about a week ago.

I'm trying to be patient since someone said it could take up
to 1.5 months the cels to reach me from Mangaya, but after
7 weeks, I'm beginning to get a little worried.

My experience with EMS has been a little strange.  I have
received packages at my normal post office and those took 
about 5-7 days to get to me like you said.  But my last EMS
package was delivery took 2.5 weeks from the postmark to get
to me.  And it was delivered to me by some guy that drove up
to my house on a Sunday.

Has anyone gotten their Mangaya cels from their update at
the end of June?  I would have expected them to send them
out before their latest update in August at the very least.
