If you want a hint about spam : don't ask to
be removed by following their instruction : that's
the best way they have to know that they got a 
valid address that someone read... :)

You can try to get a mailbox from an ISP that use 
DNS black-list, filters and anti-virus on his 
mailserver. Without our filters, I get over 100 
spam per days (and around 50 virus... :). With the 
filters, I get less than 10 and no viruses.
