Normally, if someone does something that
irritates me, I pick option #1 or #2. If I say
anything publically or not depends on two things:
First, the level of my irritation, and second, my
mood. If something irritates me when I'm in a
general bad mood, I'm more likely to say something
about it.
So how important is it to you? If it's something
that's really effecting your enjoyment of being
with the group - or potentially effects a
friendship - I would say something. Maybe not
necessarily in public where someone might more
easily perceive it as "egg" on someone's face. . .
But how you choses to say whatever you decide to
say also depends on the "who". Is it one person -
or maybe just two people - doing something
irritating? Or is it a general trend?
