Good show me thread! I have had many, many harsh 
words with my scanner over this following cel. I 
think I must have about ten different versions 
saved on my harddrive -- with varying degrees of 
light/dark. Unfortunately it's just too cool of a 
cel not to have up in my gallery (and glutton for 
punishment that I am, just bought another cel 
from this sequence. God help me in getting both 
cels close together in appearance). 

So I've ended up just washing out the dark blues 
and upping the brightness in order to get any 
detail out of the darn thing. The best I can do 
is just plead with visitors to my gallery 
"really, it looks so much better in person, 
really!" (*cry*)
