They deal with customers in the US, but they
refuse to hire someone to translate messages.
I've called them and asked if anyone there spoke
French. Nope. They took $340 of my money and
never sent me a cel. Luckily, I used my Check
Card and my bank was able to get my money back
after five months of inquiries. Bottom line,
don't order unless you or someone in your family
speaks fluent French. |
