I think you probably could have disputed the 
charges if they did not specifically state that 
the cels were damaged.  An image is not enough to 
determine the condition in most cases because of 
resolution problems.  For instance, a cel can 
have some serious line fading that doesn't show 
up on a low res scan.  When you order from a 
company, you expect the product to be in standard 
condition unless otherwise noted. IMO, that 
sounds like some seriously shitty business 
practices and I really wonder why people even 
bother with this company.
