Yes, I have.

I have got someone to do the ordering for me, and 
it took them approx. 20 days to sort their emails 
before I heard from them.

And I'm still waiting for them to send the cel to 
my friend. They are slow in replying mails and 
also sending out cels, I heard.

I'm sure they do good business. So I don't really 
mind the wait. ^_^
