I've ordered from them, and the experience was
frustrating enough that they'd have to have
something utterly amazing for me to ever try it
again.
First I wrote to them, in French, asking if it
was okay to order from the U.S. That got a
pretty quick reply, in English, saying yes.
So I placed the order and wrote back,
immediately, in English, to let them know I'd
placed the order. This was at the beginning of
November last year.
I eventually got a notice around the end of
November that the cels had been mailed and
should be to me in 1-3 weeks.
Come January, when the cels hadn't arrived, and
they wouldn't answer my e-mails, I assumed the
cels hadn't been sent. I took action with my
credit card company to cancel the payment, and
let Atomic Club know I was doing this.
Lo and behold my cels arrived within the
week ... and had been mailed in mid-December.
They must have chosen carrier pigeon to send
them. I paid sufficient shipping costs to have
covered Air Mail, if not EMS. It shouldn't have
taken more than a week or two to get to me. I
let my credit card company know the order
arrived and let the matter drop.
I did get the cels in fine condition, but their
lack of response pissed me off sufficiently that
they won't get any more business from me, most
likely. |
