My experience:

Ordered cels en francais, with English 
translation too. Waited for two weeks for reply. 
Reply was terse and in English, confirming 
availability of cels.

Sent payment by IPMO with express mail -- payment 
was enough to cover express shipping of cels.

Four weeks later, and still no reply. At last, an 
e-mail from them saying that they had already 
sold one of the cels that I had ordered, and 
asked me to choose something else from their site 
because they "could not" refund my ipmo. So I 
gave them a list of the artbooks (what else could 
I do?) from their site that I wanted.

About 5 months later, I receive a package that 
looks like it has been through a trash 
compactor/shredder. I had ordered two cels, but 
instead, I got three artbooks I didn't really 
want. Yes, they didn't tell me that the other cel 
that I ordered was sold by them already. They 
just substituted in the artbooks. :(

I am never ordering anything from them ever 
again. :(
