I was selling an item (not a cel) that weighed 2
lbs.  He e-mailed me asking me what the shipping
cost was to his country.  I told him, package wt:
2 lbs and gave him the rates.  He THEN e-mailed me
back saying "According to my calculations, these
items should be only 1.2 lbs which shipping should
be $10.85, not 18.65 and even if it was 2 lbs, it
should be only 15.65 [I charge a $3 handling fee
for shipping materials, customs, etc, etc]. BE
RESPONSIBLE"

Well, this guy was immediately blocked from all my
aucitons and I just e-mailed him back saying that
he should be the responbile one and DON'T BID!! 
Can't you believe the nerve of some people?? 
Trust me, it was not hte first time this happened.

One person got mad at ME because his country
charged him customs tax and he wanted me to give
him free merchandise to compensate for his taxes!
 I basically just laughed at his face!!  

And so on . . . If I told you about every detail
on what happened to me with bad bidders, it would
take me until Christmas . . . SERIOUSLY.

PLEASE NOTE.  THIS IS NOT DIRECTED SOLELY ON
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS.  I HAVE NO PROBLEMS DEALING
WITH BIDDERS WHO LIVE ON OTHER COUNTRIES.  99% OF
THEM ARE GREAT EBAYERS JUST LIKE THE ONES LIVING
IN THE US.  SO PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS THE WRONG WAY.
