Yep, had something similar happen. Had a Hong 
Kong bidder cancel a bid on me because he/she 
didn't like the $12 quote I made for airmail 
shipping. Insisted I should be able to send it 
for $9. I pointed out that, yes, I could, if they 
didn't mind waiting 6 weeks for the cel. In a 
snit, I banned them from bidding on any future 
auctions of mine. I was that annoyed -- even cut 
and paste the USPS Web page showing the cost of 
sending something weighing about 1.5 pounds to 
Hong Kong (last thing I sent there, last week, 
was $12 too). Bah.

And I don't even state that I'll accept 
international bids -- I'm generally willing, 
though, if folks e-mail me in advance. And 
especially if it's a repeat buyer.
