I once purchased a cel through a deputy service, 
and the package was decimated by the Japanese 
postal service before it even reached the deputy! 
 They sent me pics, and it looked like the package 
had been bent and then a large bite had been 
taking out of it.  It was shredded.  :-(

Luckily, cels are very resilient.  There were a 
few creases, but those straightened out 
eventually.  And no paint loss.  Now, you can't 
even tell they were mistreated!
