There isn't much to answer to that implication :
It's a fact that there is more people interested
in cels than in drawings. Whatever you consider
that the cel is just plain labour work.
By the way, I don't agree with most of what you
wrote : It's not because the painting of the cel
is more technic that it's less artistic than the
drawing : The cel is the final stage and the
drawing are part of it's realisation process.
Oh, and for all artwork, whatever the medium, you
need a lot of technic... If you are very creative
but don't master the technic, you can't get a good
result...
