I'm surprized at how venomous your tone is for
someone "just wondering why customers concerns
are not being addressed". A lot of times small
businesses don't have the time/money/resources to
address every whim of each individual costomer. I
have delt with the persons in question and found
them to be professional and over all very nice.
Besides, there are a lot of choices these day in
the vein of deputy services no one is stuck there
if their unhappy. Its noble to try to champion
cased of injustice but this seems to be more like
picking a fight. Even the actual costomers who
want the notification email don't seem to have
their undies in a bundle. Your anger seems to be
pointed more at a perceived (if not outright
invented) attitude of the company more than the
actual policy in question anyway. Fighting
perceptions is not noble or productive. Save your
energy for fights worth fighting. The world is
generally a place full of nice people doing the
best they can with what they've got, not a bunch
of hate mongers out to make a fast buck. Most of
the people making a living in this do it for love
of the hobby. Try tollerance, I find giving
people the benefit of the doubt makes me a happier
more well adjusted person. You might give it a try.
--gets off soap box ^_^ sorry to make a big
speach but I get really sick of whiny, entitled,
cynical people who think the world revolves around
them so much that everyone is out to get them. |
