I am using my ezboard name here because I did
not get a chance to sign up for a name here. I
have a few friends in the trading community and
they got me interested in starting to collect
cels. I checked out Shopping Mall Japan and and
saw that that site has a new policy in which
they ship automatically but some want an email
first. Here is what I posted there that Dark

I am a propective new customer refered by some
collectors here. I am not familiar with the
practices of the company so I am basing the
following on this one thread so it might not be
too fair but some concerns have been raised. It
seems to me that some very good customers here
are suggesting a notificiation email to no
avail. Is this always the case where the company
treats itself as always right, because I like to
believe that the customer is listened to. I do
not think a simple email is too much to ask for
and I am just wondering why customers concerns
are not being addressed. Is this just a rare
case where it is not possible to make changes or
the gerenal attitude of the company? I am just
lookign for clarity, if not for me but for the
existing customers who seem upset.
