I'm positive that his CD's/DVD's aren't 
bootleg :) I'm know the guy and have bought tons 
of anime CD's and DVD's from him. He takes trips 
to Japan several times a year, and gets his stuff 
for really cheap. After many years of going back 
and forth to Japan he's made very excellent 
contacts there as a wholesaler.

He marks down his stuff every once and a while. I 
know other major online shops that sell Japanese 
anime cels and suff (including CD's) for the same 
price as Cartoon Passions regular price.

Take a look at http://www.asylum-anime.com/ in 
their CD section and you'll see the same cheep 
prices :)
