Those CDs at cartoonpassion.com are almost certainly bootlegs, as are their "all-region English subtitled" DVDs. Legitimate Japanese CDs do not cost 8.99 unless their either used, counterfeit or gray-market bootlegs on the SM or EverAnime label.
