Oh and I forgot...for regular sized cels, I 
normally use photo mailers from Office Depot.  
They are kind of expensive, but worth it because 
they are printed with "photomailer do not bend" 
right on the envelope.  Plus, they come with two 
cardboard pieces that are pretty hard to bend.
