Well the "how to package" really wasn't my
question. As I've pointed out, I've had cels
come to me in not much more than a manila file
folder inside an envelope and make it just fine.
There may not be a special place for these
packages, but our fine postal employees do expend
a great deal of time and effort into making sure
anything fragile is so marked. At least they do
here. I always assumed they did it for a reason.
I've sent and received a lot of cels now, and
there's no reason at all that one should not have
made the trip just fine. They really had to have
worked hard at this one to bend it. I won't argue
the point any more, being the one who put it
together. In my first post, if anyone cares to
re-read it, I was simply expressing my dismay at
the fact that the ghouls managed to get this one
in spite of everything.
Or, to quote the famous bumper sticker, $hit
happens. It's just extremely regrettable that it
happened in an otherwise smooth and pleasant
transaction. |
