"$hit happens"?  Easy for you to say.. you got 
my money and I have a bent cel because you 
didn't package it securely enough.  The 
cardboard was far from the sturdiest I've 
received with cels before.  All it would take is 
one box on top of it and it would bend.

I must say its very disappointing that you didnt 
offer any sort of resolution or compensation..
