Hi Kay,
I've never had a cel arrive bent or had a buyer
receive a bent cel, so I can't answer regarding
that situation.
When I send a cel, I use a priority mail box,
with the cel inside a priority mail envelope
inside the box. I tape the envelope containing
the cel to the inside surface of the box. If
it's a cel that is in any way special or
valuable, I also fill the dead air space in the
box with packing peanuts.
Done this way, it's darn near impossible for the
postal ghouls to do anything to hurt the cel
unless they puncture the box with a long sharp
object.
