They seem to do a lot of DBZ and sailor moon cel 
repro's. These shows are liscensed and they are 
profiting by producing direct copies of official 
merchandise. Ebay, would probably do something if 
a company like DIC, Pioneer, etc where to send 
them a complaint. 

This isn't a fan related occupation, this would 
seem to be a for profit operation. They are going 
beyond copying animation related art and are 
copying hanken. These works as a previous poster 
noted are used on merchandise such as posters, 
etc. This seems to be direct infringement with 
out any chance of a fair-use defense.

Just my thoughts.
