Well at least Forky isn't taking other people's 
cells and copying them with out permission 
(*cough*Puzzel*cough*) and actually spends the 
money on the cel before copying it, or at least 
most of the time.

I think fan cels should only be done by 
commission and of images that the coresponding 
cel would be $$$, if it comes from a CG anime, 
or if it is an origional idea.

i myself own 0 fancels but i've been thinking of 
getting one done, just to try it out, from the X 
TV series which is all cg, no sketches yet :(.
