at least he actually BOUGHT the stinkin' cel he
was copying and not rip the pictures off of
EVERYBODY'S cel site!!  There are a couple persons
that I keep on seeing copying cels from people's
web page or copying from Japan auctions.  One
person even made a fan cel of a cel that was STILL
ON AUCTION!!!  And the funny part was that it sold
for almost half as high as what the origina went
forl!!!  Now, THAT is low!!

I think this person (along with the other persons
I have seen on Ebay who copied cels from people's
galleries and other auctions) whould be turned
into Ebay and banned from ever getting near a
paint brush again!

No, don't get me wrong, I have absolutely NOTHING
against fan cel artists so long as they comply
with the US law (ie don't copy original cels for
profit).  In case some of you are wondering, yes,
that is illegal.  I have asked some production
artists when I went to a couple of kons and they
told me it is strictly prohibited to copy a cel 
(or any image that they didn't produce themselves)
for resale/profit.
