They shouldn't even be called FAN cels, because 
to be a FAN cel because to be a FAN CEL this 
should be more like a profit cel, or imitiation 
reproduction cel, because that is all it is.  It 
isn't some guy doing legitimate art, its someone 
who learned how to paint a little and so he 
decided to cover his bills by painting other 
cels.  I mean look at all the cels that have been 
done, ever.  Most of them were painted by people 
other than the original artists.  So almost 
anyone can do a decent fan cel.

Why doesn't creativity come into play anymore.  i 
would rather buy someone's original design, than 
a fan cel of my favorite character, no matter how 
good it looked.  Fan cel's like this are merely 
for profit.  If the cel had been created for a 
fan who didn't want it after it had been painted, 
i could understand.  But i have seen this dealer 
sell cel after cel, that has been nothing more 
than imitations of the original cel.

Whats he going to start doing next, make a fan 
cel off of a cel 10 times and sell it ten times, 
i mean there are probably other way's to pay for 
your art SUPPLIES, , , blah, blah, blah, blah,  
at least he bought the cels before he doing the 
pictures, instead of just stealing the image from 
someone elses sight blah blah blah blah blah blah 
blah blah blah blah.
