......i dealt with him before and the transaction 
went flawless. He even cut me a discount, since 
the cels had major linefading. Oh, and a 
cartoonist catalog was also included in the 
shipment.(more like an artbook)
To your information, he is organizing and running 
the cartoonist festival/con,a BIG con, held every 
year in france. I`m not sure, if the cel dealing 
might be just a sideincome for him. Also, he has 
lots of original artworks/ pencils of japanese 
Anime artists, who attended the cons over the 
years.
Certainly, his pricing is a tad high, but mostly, 
you get VERY nice cels for your buck.
