I've never traded with him (his prices are a 
little bit too high for me...) but I had many 
experiences with French dealers as we have a 
huge border in common LOL
In my opinion, most French sellers are very 
honnest people BUT very very slow people too... 
Selling cels on internet is usually done by 
persons having another activity and they take a 
lot of time to conclude their part of the 
business (like Atomic club whose people are just 
fantastic but the person in charge of 
international sales has so few time to do it...).
So I THINK you can bid on these auctions... if 
you have lots of patience!!! That's all.
