I have had one transaction before with him, and 
everything went fine - but I have heard of others 
who had problems.  Since I had dealings with him 
before for a nice production cel that was one of 
the reasons I emailed him about some of the Rose 
of Versailles cels - as some are production and 
some not but there were no details to specify 
which was which - or if the non-production cels 
were used in french publications or were fancels. 
If you know your shows enough to know the cel is 
real and really want it, it will be a call for you 
to have to decide.
