I think I posted about him before but I will 
repeat it. 

I bought a cel from his website in October 2002. 
I never received it. In December 2002, it was 
sold to someone else. He has not responded to my 
emails and has not returned my money ($210.00 for 
the cel and $21.60 for 2 shipping charges = 
$231.60 total).

If some people have had luck with him that's 
great, but I do not trust him. I have already 
reported him to paypal and the ifccfbi for fraud. 
If nothing comes of this, I intend to go further.

I'm sorry to write something so negative about 
someone (twice even) but I do not want to see 
anyone else ripped off.
