There is a seller on eBay right now selling a 
HUGE lot of cels. They all are pretty high too. 
Anyways the seller has 14 positive feedback, but 
all of them are old. I don't know if I should 
really trust him. Low old feedback, no details 
on his cels he's selling, and he lives in France 
(no offense). What do you all think of this 
cartoonist2 fella?
