you've got a point there. as a real life analogy, 
this contractor in my workplace just told me 
yesterday about his history of jumping from one 
contract to the next. during our discussion it 
became clear that what he really enjoys about his 
career is finding the next gig, negotiating his 
new contract to be better than the last, and 
exploring a new locale. but then, once he lands 
that job, he's very unsatisfied with the day to 
day routine. so he kicks out again for the chase.

I thought it was a good analogy, for those who 
are corporate like me. *shrugs*
