It is sad because unfortunately, many people 
waster their time looking at either nothing at 
all or "stolen" images. I have stopped visiting 
RS because of these sites...and I have a site on 
RS!!! Roughly over the last six months many 
galleries have been added with excellent and rare 
anime titles.....yet time goes by and there 
aren't any cels updated so the titles remain and 
the cel count remains "0" -_- And many times I 
have come across anime titles that I like only to 
find screen caps, wall papers, manga etc. you 
name it! Once I even found pictures of the 
supposed owner randomly placed within the Cel 
galleries ???

 However, I am very glad that E and the 
other "moderators" are on the look out. I just 
hope that some day there could be a way to 
CONTROL who opens galleries.
