konichiwa, minna-san!~

while browsing through rubberslug i have come 
across several galleries that have pictures, and 
not cels, listed in their galleries.  today, the 
last gallery to be updated had a lot of series 
that i enjoy listed, but when i clicked on the 
link and visited the gallery, there were no cels 
at all but instead pictures from the internet.  
do you think that this is because they do not 
know what cels are?  they do have a few cel 
pictures, but the scans are so tiny that i'm 
reluctant to think that they own them.

my question, tho, besides wanting opinions, is 
would i confuse them if i emailed and asked about 
a cel in their gallery?  i don't even know if 
they own it or not, and i don't want to offend 
them by asking if they do but the first picture 
in their listing is a desktop wallpaper scan.  
also, i know that jason is encouraging donations 
to keep the site running, so do you think it's 
right that they are using his hosting space for 
pictures and not cels? 0o  oy....
