Hi.  I went to take a look. Are you refering to 
the gallery starting with the word "soul"?  I see 
what you mean.  There are some cels, but the 
thumbnail and full-page are the same size, 
sometimes small.  I looked at the Inuyasha 
section, and there was a definite cel (saw it for 
sale somewhere recently), what could have been a 
cel w/bg, but it did look a lot like a screencap 
(special effects with lighting), and the third 
was a picture of a character in the manga, 
complete with page number (which, according to 
the blurb, was a Key cel, with original 
unmatching background!)

But suddenly I got bounced from the gallery and 
the link doesn't work any more.  Think it was 
yanked?  (In fact, the "item" just disappeared 
from the line-up on the right.  And all the other 
items mention cels or sketches.)
