Hmmm, lets see. 

I live in San Diego, California.

At 37 years old, I'm a relatively old lady for 
this group.

I have multiple means of income, but I'm 
primarily a relief veterinarian. That means I'm 
self-employed (no boss ^_^)and work as a 
substitute when an animal hospital is short a 
doctor(vacations, CE, sick days, etc). This means 
a lot of work at the local night emergency 
clinics and a very irregular/busy schedule.

My first cel was a freebie that I got with a 
video many years ago (I don't remember when 
exactly). After getting it, I was very 
curious/excited and wanted to get more 
eventually. Several years passed before I 
fullfilled other priorities and started 
collecting seriously (Summer 2001)

Its not very impressive, but here's the freebie 
that started it all.
