My translation software also sometimes translates
"fan cel" as either "member cel". I've also 
sometimes seen them called "doujin cel" in 
English, so there might be more than one word for 
it.

The part about "beauty item". . . I've seen that 
reference made to fan created items, but also to 
other things that I know aren't fan creations. 
Additionally, I've seen it used to describe 
production cels that are in excellent condition.
