after 3 semsters of Japanese my reading skills 
are still so bad that I must use the translation 
software too, but the seller does list “®‰æ‚È‚µ  
and my software translates this as "it was not 
animeated", so I think the seller is being 
honest, even if he did snag a bargain and 
reselling it,  The Japanese usually call fan 
cels "club cels" from my experience , but I am in 
no way an expert so maybe soone else can clarify 
this
