I know EXACTLY what you mean. I too had the 
misfortune to encounter the bad Keigo. Even 
though I had good experience with Celga before, 
and I still think their employees are some of 
the nicest people I have ever dealt with, but 
that one bad incident with the owner was enough 
for me to take my business elsewhere from then 
on. Yes, it was that bad.
