Intriguingly, for the griping that I've seen on
this form, not a single collector I actually know
personally has ever had a problem with Keigo,
myself included. My transactions have always been
handled in a timely, professional and courteous
manner. What problems I've had have been with
sellers, not with the company itself.
Keigo and his staff have *always* gone the extra
mile for me when I've asked/needed, and I've been
particularly grateful for their assistance with
this sometimes logistical nightmare of a hobby.
Every company is going to have its ups and downs
with customer service and Celga is no different,
but I can emphatically state that all my
experiences have been exceedingly positive. |
